Diets are for short term results

Let’s make change ONCE AND FOR ALL

Instead of thinking of nutrition as a series diets, I’ve structured my nutrition guidelines so that they could apply to all, and I help find your place within these guidelines.

There are 4 phases to building the new you : Observation, Restoration, Transformation, and Preservation.

Should it be to lose weight, embark on a low-carb journey, whether your an athlete or have a chronic disease (T1 or T2 diabetes, asthma, …), let’s meet and assess your health, your needs and your expectations.

 

4 PHASES TO BUILDING THE NEW YOU

OBSERVATION

Observation will give you a clear understanding of your current dietary and health state of affairs, helping to identify the elements of your lifestyle that could be contributing to your weight and poor health. Though it will require some active work, you won’t be making any dietary changes at this point.

RESTORATION

Restoration is effectively a light introduction to a better diet. This is where you get your head around a life without gluten, sugar and refined carbs. A focus on repairing your gut lining by including fermented and nutrient-dense foods contributes to the main aim of this phase: to prepare your body and mind for the next phase while avoiding potential side effects.

TRANSFORMATION

Transformation is the liberating phase where you will likely lose the most weight and see the most dramatic improvement to your health. This phase sees you reducing your carbs down to ketogenic levels.

Note: some people lose weight steadily enough during Restoration that they don’t ever need to enter Transformation.)

PRESERVATION

Preservation is not so much a phase as the rest of your life. Once you have made a significant impact on your health, your weight and your life, all you need to do is maintain good eating habits. By the time you reach this point you will have a clear understanding of your carbohydrate tolerance and your repaired gut biome will simply need regular upkeep.


Note: some people may never reach the Preservation phase due to severe insulin resistance or other health problems; as a result, Transformation is effectively their preservation phase.
