MOTION IS LIFE
Speed is built slowly - Strength isn’t volume - flexibility is power
Although proper nutrition is arguably the best thing you can do to your body, maintaining a good level of fitness multiplies the efficiency of the diet. And if done right, training is no longer a chore and becomes play.
Should you be a casual practitioner in search of better health, or a seasoned athlete, I offer customised personal training (face to face or remotely).
The key principle is to get to know you as well as possible and to create a rapport. I tailor and adjust your training to the specifics of your life and goals, without using a cookie-cutter approach. This advice and guidance approach yields even more benefits than the sole training plan.
My methodology is based on the training methods of Arthur Lydiard, Dr. Phil Maffetone, and Dr Mark Cucuzzella amongst others. I adapt these to different practices, should they be endurance, strength or team sports.
For those wanting to train with others, I also do group sessions.
Work on 3 key points
The aerobic system is the foundation of all metabolic development, upon which we can build speed and power. It is grown through frequent low intensity work.
Strength and muscle volume are two completely different things. In most sports, a higher muscle volume will be a disadvantage, where is increased strength will always be welcome.
